Silwore was founded by Prateek Jain, with a family background in gemstone cutting and jewelry manufacturing.

What is 18K gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is 925 sterling silver finished with a layer of 18K gold. Many of our pieces are available in yellow, white and rose gold tones. Each product page shows which finish options are available.

What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its exceptional brilliance, sparkle and durability, and it is used in many of our tennis bracelets, necklaces and earrings.

How do I know which stones are in a piece?
Every product page lists the gemstones used in the Details section. If you would like more information about a particular piece, email us and we will be happy to help.

What ring size should I choose?
Our rings are listed in US sizes. Choose your size from the options on the product page. If you need help choosing, or would like a custom size, please message us before ordering.

Orders & Customization

Can I request a custom jewelry piece?
Yes. We accept selected custom and special requests depending on the design and materials required. Contact us at silworeindia@gmail.com with your requirements.

Can I request a different size?
Yes, where sizing options are available. Please check the product description or contact us before placing your order if you require a specific size.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from India to customers worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service, and customs clearance. Processing generally takes 3–5 business days before shipment.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Yes. Return requests are generally accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Yes, exchanges are generally accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Are custom or personalized pieces returnable?
Custom-made, personalized, or specially modified pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue caused by Silwore.

Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and prolonged exposure to water. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry, protected place.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Our jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed. However, removing jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or using chemicals can help maintain its appearance and condition.
