Option 1: Measure a ring you already own
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Measure the inside diameter straight across, edge to edge, in millimetres.
- Match it to the Inner diameter column above.
Option 2: Measure your finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or thread around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres.
- Match it to the Inner circumference column above.
Tips for the right fit
- Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are slightly larger.
- The ring should slide over your knuckle with a little resistance.
- For wide bands (over 5 mm), go up a quarter to half size.
- If you're between sizes, choose the larger one.
